Clek – OOBR Booster Seats, Special Edition Clek Jackets
I know I have posted about the cool Clek booster seat in the past, but this is something new. I already love the way the Clek comes complete with the “Latch” system for extra safety. But now, Clek has these cool “Paul Frank” Jacket covers for the Olli Booster seat. They also make a new model Clek calls the “Oobr”. This is not just a booster but it is a three point harness that allows a shoulder point for your seat belt, as well as head support for your smaller one. The “Oobr” will be available in January 2009. Taga Convertible Bicycle
This Dutch designed bike converts to a stroller or a cart in a matter of seconds. It folds up and is light weight. As far as accessories are concerned, there will be plenty, including a car seat adapter, shopping basket and even a seat to hold two children. I don’t see this convertible bicycle making it to the USA anytime soon, considering your stringent safety regulations (at least that hasn’t been de-regulated yet). You can always leave it to the Dutch to be innovative and original. This bike is not yet available, hopefully soon. TAGA

Legoland & The Four Seasons Aviara Combo
This is the killer combo. So, you’ve finally decided to take the little ones down to Legoland in Carlsbad and you are dreading it. Whether you live in Los Angeles or are just visiting, the 90 mile trip may seem a little daunting. By the time you reach the place, the little ones are exhausted, and your patience is waning. This is the solution that I have found to make the experience much more enjoyable for everyone. The Four Seasons Aviara Resort in Carlsbad has a package deal with the Legoland Park. Included in the purchase price of any room, are two adult tickets to Legoland (60.00 each). In addition, the Four Seasons Aviara resort is only a five minute drive to Legoland. The resort has a world class Arnold Palmer designed golf course, a full service spa, a huge game room for the kids and even one for the teenage kids. There is a huge family swimming pool and family jacuzzi as well as a couples tranquility pool (no kids). They definitely cater to the children, with a special gift and designed snack tray for your arrival. The hotel goes all out for the kids and they also have an excellent room service menu. The basic room is great but at the last minute we upgraded to a full suite with separate living room and two patios and two separate full bathrooms. Trunki is luggage for little people. Your kids can pack it themselves, sit on it, ride it or be pulled. This is a must have if your child is too old for a stroller and you do a lot of traveling. You can just pull them through the airport terminal if they start whining about walking or that their feet hurt. It also fits as a carry-on.
